Tips and tricks for a successful shopping experience.
My updates typically sell out fairly quickly, so it’s important to follow these tips and tricks!
The easiest way to insure you get the piece(s) you want, is to become an Website Subscriber! This is different from being an email subscriber. Website Subscribers get to shop early, and get a full preview of all pieces available.
Creating an account on my website will allow you to save your address and payment information. This will save a lot of time during the check out rush! This is totally safe and secure and stored on the SquareSpace servers. I will not have access to this information.
If you’re ordering a Mini Malm, make sure your know your color choice ahead of schedule. a $5 fee will be charged for color changes after you order.(Color choices illustrated above)
Set an alarm so you don’t forget! Set it early- try 5-10 min before the update
It helps to have an item added to your cart and your info plugged in before the drop. So you might want to add some incense or a Match Striker to your order early, so you know everything will check out smoothly! No pressure though!
Make sure you are actually signed in to your account a few minutes before update time.
Remember to keep refreshing the website at the scheduled update time. My website might have a slightly different time than you, so it helps to keep refreshing!

Items are not saved for you just because they are in your cart. The item is not yours until you complete your purchase. If someone checks out faster than you, you will lose out on the item. Unfortunately this issue is completely out of my control.
Preorders take at least 1 month for me to make. Custom Orders take 8 weeks. Remember- they are hand made, and I have a limited amount of hands at my disposal!
Make sure your shipping address is up to date. a $5 fee will be applied if you provide us with an out of date address
